This project defines “specialty” and “super-high.” It demanded a wall constructed with 100mm thickened profiles to support its monumental scale, achieving an exceptional sound insulation rating exceeding 50dB to ensure acoustic separation between venues, and finished with a durable, aesthetically pleasing professional painted coating to meet the quality standards of a national-level facility. Behind each of these figures lay a complex problem requiring precise calculation and meticulous craftsmanship.
The greatest challenge stemmed from the astonishing 18-meter vertical scale. This tested not only our factory production capabilities—ensuring the absolute straightness and strength of extra-long components—but also represented a feat of on-site installation: how to safely and precisely hoist these massive elements to great heights and align them flawlessly into the track system. We assembled a dedicated technical team that tackled core challenges step by step—from detailed design and simulation calculations to customized installation plans—overcoming obstacles related to hoisting stability, high-altitude alignment precision, and track load-bearing capacity.
The success of this project signifies that SSJ has undergone crucial technical tempering and accumulated vital experience in the field of specialty super-high operable walls.
