Recently, SSJ successfully delivered a 7.4-meter super-high movable partition wall project in Ukraine, once again demonstrating its leading position in handling complex, non-standard spatial solutions with outstanding engineering prowess.
Confronting the challenge of exceeding conventional ceiling heights, the project utilized SSJ’s professional CGG Super High Track Technology. This heavy-duty track system provides a smooth, silent, and absolutely safe operational foundation for the super-high and super-heavy wall panels, ensuring long-term reliability. The wall panel core employs 100mm thickened profiles, guaranteeing the overall structure’s rigidity and stability at extreme heights, eliminating any possibility of sway or deformation.
In terms of functional design, the project innovatively integrates a single pass door within the wall. This design provides a convenient daily passageway while enabling flexible division of large areas, significantly enhancing usage efficiency and convenience without the need to move entire wall sections. Despite the wall’s towering height, the system achieves an excellent 50dB sound insulation rating, effectively isolating acoustic interference between the two spaces and safeguarding their respective privacy and quiet environment.
For finishes, all panels feature a high-quality Laminate Finish. This finish is not only aesthetically pleasing, wear-resistant, and easy to clean, but also offers a variety of color and wood grain options, perfectly aligning with modern architecture’s emphasis on both aesthetics and practicality.
