Melamine finish is widely popular for its durability, heat resistance, and easy-to-clean properties, while the choice of the TB048 pattern gives the entire space a clean yet textured visual appeal.
To be honest, the 65mm thickness falls on the lighter and thinner side of the operable partition wall product line, and its physical structure means that its acoustic performance is not the strongest. However, sound insulation depends not only on thickness but also on the tightness of the seals — whether light leaks through is often the most intuitive indicator of sealing quality.
Recognizing this, our production and installation workers approached every detail with extreme care. From the assembly of the profiles to the fine-tuning of the top and bottom pressure seals, they repeatedly checked and meticulously adjusted until they achieved no light leakage whatsoever when the seals were fully tightened. When light cannot penetrate, sound is naturally locked out as well. The client highly praised this aspect during the on-site acceptance inspection.
It is worth mentioning that this cooperation did not happen overnight. We maintained nearly a year of communication with the client — from unfamiliar, to sample confirmation, to repeated discussions on technical details — enduring countless patient follow-ups and explanations along the way. And this first trial order, though small in quantity, was never treated with any slackness because of its size.
